Age Restriction: This site and its services are not intended for children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided me with personal data, please contact me immediately so I can delete it.
2. Playtesting & Feedback
If you provide playtest feedback to one of my:
- What I collect: Your name (optional), email, and your specific feedback/comments.
- Why:
- Your name: To credit contributors, this is optional
- Email address: So that I can identify you for data requests, I will also use your email to update you on projects you have contributed to if you have opted in to receive email updates.
- Feedback: To further develop the game, and develop related games/expansions.
- Sharing: When seeking publication I may need to share playtest data with publishers and developers. I will not share any personal information other than your name as part of a contributors list if you have requested to be credited for your contribution. All feedback and comments will be provided anonymously.
- Retention: Your name and feedback are retained indefinitely for credit and future development reference or until you request deletion.
3. Your Rights & Control
You have full control:
- Access: Ask me what data I hold on you.
- Correction: Update your name or email if it changes.
- Deletion: Request that I permanently delete your data from my records.
- Withdrawal: You can withdraw consent for me holding your data at any point

- Cookies: I do not use cookies or tracking scripts for general visitors. Cookies are used only for administrative purposes (e.g., keeping me logged in to manage the site).
